We enjoyed the breakfast. It was included in our room rate, but we needed to understand how much we could spend as the menu is on the expensive side and we wanted to know what was covered. Your booking confirmation does not say and the receptionist said it had a limit, so best to check to avoid dissapointment.

Great location and very helpful staff. A welcome contrast to a recent stay at the Ritz Carlton South Beach, which almost put me off Ritz Carltons altogether. Luckily I gave it another try for this property which had previously been a winner. It was again.

Food (breakfast, dinner) was very good, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Was difficult getting to property due to construction on street and general traffic in Georgetown.

I thought the staff was exceptional. I was visiting with my elderly sister. She got “lost” finding the our room and Mrs Han was very kind in helping her get back. The waitstaff in the bar/lounge was also excellent.
